Our Mission
The Natural Resources Management Association (“NRMA”) delivers the strategic platform, resources, and alignment to inform and assist legislators, regulators, and other public officials or private citizens regarding professional land management, ecosystem sustainability, and policies that promote the responsible stewardship of property and natural resources.
Experience. Insight.
NRMA works with state and local governments, associations, and other similarly aligned groups to achieve policies beneficial to its members. By regularly participating in legislative, policy, and regulatory meetings; active tracking of news and social media; and its knowledge of the inner workings of government, NRMA provides valuable insight to its members so they can promote their interests efficiently and effectively.
Standing. Ability.
Decades of ownership and management experience paired with local knowledge allows NRMA members to capitalize on opportunities and promote good government. Stewardship of the diverse habitats and natural resources across the state is our focus.
NRMA members plan and implement conservation projects; responsibly explore and remediate oil and gas fields and infrastructure; administer best management practices for fish and wildlife, agriculture, and forestry; and support renewable energy developments. NRMA is a fellowship of professional land managers, supported by science, technology, and sound public policy.
